1. What SlotScroll is — and is not

SlotScroll is an independent information and comparison publisher. We are not a gambling operator. We do not accept wagers, hold or transfer player funds, operate or supply games, issue or run promotions, or provide any gambling service. We cannot open, close, credit, verify or investigate an account held with any operator, and we are not a party to any contract you enter into with an operator.

2. Age and eligibility

The site is intended solely for adults who are 19 or older and physically located in Ontario, which is the eligibility rule for playing with an operator registered by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. You confirm on arrival that you meet that requirement. This site publishes no promotional or inducement content of any kind: under the AGCO Registrar's Standards for Internet Gaming an operator's promotional terms belong on its own gaming site or in direct marketing you have actively consented to receive.

You are responsible for knowing whether online gambling is lawful for you in your own jurisdiction. Nothing on this site is an inducement to gamble where doing so would be unlawful.

3. Information, not advice

Everything on this site is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to gamble or to open any account. Our ratings are editorial opinions formed by applying our published methodology; they are not statements of fact, guarantees of an operator's conduct, or predictions of your results.

No content on this site should be read as suggesting that gambling is a source of income, that any outcome is likely or guaranteed, or that losses can be recovered through further play. Every game covered here has a negative expected return for the player.

4. Accuracy and change

We take accuracy seriously: every factual claim is sourced, ranges are published where sources conflict, and unverified figures are labelled as such. Even so, registration status, operating agreements, Ontario URLs, payment methods, game counts and RTP configurations change frequently and without notice, and operators state that their terms may vary. The facts on this site were checked 31 July 2026. The operator's own current terms, as shown to you at the moment of deposit, always take precedence over anything published here.

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is”, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Affiliate links

Outbound links to operators are affiliate links and are marked rel="nofollow sponsored". We may be paid a commission if you register through them, at no additional cost to you, and this does not affect our ratings or ranking order. See our affiliate disclosure and methodology.

6. Third-party sites

We link to operators, regulators, game providers, support organisations and other publications. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices or availability. Following an outbound link is your decision, and your relationship with the destination site is governed by its own terms.

7. Acceptable use

You may read, print and share our pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not:

• republish substantial parts of our content, or our tables, ratings or methodology, without written permission and attribution;
• scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, or interfere with the site's operation;
• use the site to market gambling to anyone below the legal gambling age;
• misrepresent our ratings, or use our name or marks to imply an endorsement of an operator that we have not given.

8. Intellectual property

Text, tables, scoring framework, layout, logo and design on this site belong to SlotScroll unless stated otherwise. Operator names, corporate entity names and game titles are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial comment only.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SlotScroll and its contributors are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content, including gambling losses, losses arising from an operator's conduct, or losses caused by a figure that has changed since our verification date. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Complaints about an operator

We cannot resolve account disputes. Raise the matter with the operator's support team first, and then with the regulator: the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario registers and supervises every operator listed here, and iGaming Ontario holds its operating agreement. If our review of an operator contains an error, tell us and we will correct it.

12. Changes and governing law

We may amend these terms; the current version is always the one published here, with the review date below. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which you reside, to the extent that provincial law applies.
